Return Policy

At Daniel & Laura Madrid, we do everything possible to ensure our customers' satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations. Therefore, we explain our return policy clearly below.

Conditions for making a return

For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

Items can only be requested for return after being physically received.
The return costs are entirely borne by the customer, including any international shipping costs.
Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and accessories included.
Trying on the garment is allowed, but it must not have been used.
It is not allowed to place orders in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order.

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Request the return by sending an email to info@daniellauramadrid.com within 30 days of receiving the order.
Our customer service team will provide you with the corresponding return instructions.
The customer must send the product at their own expense and under their own responsibility, including any applicable shipping costs or taxes.
We always recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number (track & trace) to avoid problems during transit.

Refund

Once the product has been received and reviewed, and it is confirmed that it meets the return conditions, the product amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Responsibility

Daniel & Laura Madrid is not responsible for lost packages when the tracking system indicates that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If the customer enters an incorrect address, the responsibility will fall on the customer.
Any error in the shipping address must be notified within 24 hours of placing the order.
